Booths can be set up at 7:45 a.m. on December 3 and must be taken down by 4:30 p.m. on December 4th. The registration fee is waived for exhibitors, but you still must pay for meals.

The Oregon Rural Electric Cooperative Association, or its officers or trustees will not be liable for any loss or damage to exhibit materials and are not liable for any personal injury that may be sustained by an exhibitor, employee, or visitor while in the exhibit area.
